Michele Barnes of Crye-Leike Relocation Services Receives Brokers License
BRENTWOOD, Tenn.- The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Michele Barnes of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received her broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination.
To become eligible for the examination, Barnes met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.
A real estate professional for 12 years, Barnes first joined Crye-Leike in 1994 working as a Crye-Leike sales associate before joining the Relocation Department nine years ago. MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Crye-Leike Relocation Services, a division of Crye-Leike, Realtors, recently completed a mandatory re-screening process necessary to maintain the prestigious RELO Quality Certification (RQC) for another three years by The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a network of independent real estate firms.
The re-certification demonstrates continuing outstanding relocation service, performance and adherence to RQC policies and guidelines. A review committee of leading industry professionals must review all aspects of the company's relocation serviced division every three years to remain certified.
