Chattanooga, Tenn. - Multi-million dollar producer Barbara Howell of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The ABR designation is the only nationally recognized distinction for buyers' agents.
The ABR designation demonstrates to Howell's clients that she has taken steps to continue her education in the field of buyer representation and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional services to real estate buyers.
Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day training course in buyer representation and a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation as well as having practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
