BRENTWOOD, Tenn.- The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Michele Barnes of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received her broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination.

 

To become eligible for the examination, Barnes met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.

 

A real estate professional for 12 years, Barnes first joined Crye-Leike in 1994 working as a Crye-Leike sales associate before joining the Relocation Department nine years ago. LITTLE ROCK, AR - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nations 6th largest real estate company, recently expanded its Hot Springs branch office, located at 1420 Central Avenue; a move prompted by the company's growing sales force in the area.

 

With the addition of 1,400 square feet, the Hot Springs location occupies 8,200 square feet of office space suitable for up to 74 agents.  "We currently are home to 59 active associates," stated Managing Broker Bob Benscoter.  "Our goal is to open the Crye-Leike door to an additional 15 associates to serve the needs of buyers and sellers in and around Garland County.  This is an exciting opportunity to support the growing needs of our community," Benscoter added.

Kelly Daniel will serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Pulaski County, as well as the counties of Saline, Lonoke and Hot Springs. As an associate, Daniel specializes in residential and new construction real estate services.
