MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Every year, Crye-Leike offices devote financial resources and personal hours to help with projects that reshape lives and build a better future for the communities of West Tennessee. Myra Quinley, managing broker of the Crye-Leike, Germantown - Poplar office, accepted Crye-Leike's coveted Community Service Award for 2005 on behalf of all of the sales associates and office staff.  The award recognizes Crye-Leike, Germantown - Poplar's active involvement in its community and for distinguishing itself in public service activities.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Crye-Leike Relocation Services, a division of Crye-Leike, Realtors, recently completed a mandatory screening process necessary to achieve the prestigious RELO Quality Certification (RQC) by The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a network of independent real estate firms.

 

The certification demonstrates continuing outstanding relocation service, performance and adherence to RQC policies and guidelines. A review committee of leading industry professionals must review all aspects of the company's relocation service division every three years to remain certified. This is the first year of certification for the Little Rock branch of Crye-Leike Relocation Services.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.- The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Marie King of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received her broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination.

 

To become eligible for the examination, King met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.

 

King, a Hixson resident, is a full-time realtor affiliated with Crye-Leike's Hixson branch office, located at 5870 Hwy 153.
