Pigeon Forge, TN., Crye-Leike, REALTORS recently cut the ribbon on its newest branch office located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

 

A grand opening ceremony was held on June 25th where company agents and leaders and members of the community came together to celebrate the beautiful new office.

 

Realtor Kim Goode will lead Crye-Leike's new office that will be designated as the company's Pigeon Forge-Sevierville branch located at 2519 Sand Pike Boulevard, Suite B, in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

Knoxville, TN., - After opening its first branch office in Knoxville in 2011, Crye-Leike, REALTORS is planning to cut the ribbon on its second branch office in the market.

 

Crye-Leike's new Knoxville office recently opened its doors for business in North Knoxville and is located at 7563 Barnett Way in Powell, Tennessee. The company's West Knoxville office has been helping real estate buyers and sellers for the last two years located at 731 Campbell Station Road in Knoxville.

 

The office of Realtors at Crye-Leike's North Knoxville branch will assist real estate buyers and sellers in Knox, Anderson and all surrounding counties. Memphis, Tenn., - Great real estate leaders have one thing in common - they know when it's the right time to make a move to better serve their business and their clients. That's the idea French & Company founder Nick French recently had when he decided to join forces with Crye-Leike, REALTORS, Inc.

 

Two historic real estate firms will merge in Memphis on May 16, 2011 as French & Company, Realtors, will be joined into Crye-Leike, REALTORS of East Memphis.

 

Gail and Nick French founded French & Company in 1977 - the same year Crye-Leike opened its first office and was founded in Memphis. The French & Company's East Memphis firm is known for representing buyers and sellers of fine properties from Downtown to East Memphis. The French team will operate The French Connection at Crye-Leike and Nick French will join Crye-Leike as a Vice President.

Crye-Leike, REALTORS, the nation's sixth largest real estate company, is making a move into the Knoxville market.

 

The company's first Knoxville branch, its new Farragut office, will be located at 731 Campbell Station Road.

 

"After 34 years of being in business, Crye-Leike is proud to be opening its doors in Knoxville for the very first time," said Managing Broker Melonie Carideo. "Our President and CEO Harold Crye has been wanting to break into the market for over 15 years now. Our new office in Farragut is already all fired up with a half-dozen agents and we're currently conducting interviews looking to grow our agent count."

BEAVER LAKE - ROGERS, AR., - Recognized as one of the finest striped bass fisheries in the country, Beaver Lake has been attracting fishing enthusiasts from all over the U.S. for decades. The lure of the Rogers lake resort area has netted another big fish of sorts. Crye-Leike, REALTORS recently purchased a small retail center on Highway 12 East in Rogers as its new Beaver Lake location.
