March 29, 2016) - Tennessee-based Crye-Leike, the nation's fourth largest privately-held residential real estate brokerage firm and largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South, has officially established an East Tennessee regional headquarters in Knoxville after first entering the market in February 2011.

"With having a market presence in this region for 4.5 years now, our purchase of a headquarters building should prove to Knoxville that Crye-Leike is here to stay," said Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye who intends to continue to grow Crye-Leike by adding two to three more branch offices in Farragut and Oak Ridge.

Its headquarters office is now located at 9539 Kingston Pike in the Franklin Square area. It will serve as its Knoxville West branch office as well as house administrative offices for the region, including commercial, property management and relocation services.

Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, REALTORS' Nashville/Green Hills branch office has moved its location after 24 years at 3815 Cleghorn Avenue. Its new office, located at 2000 Richard Jones Road, offers its 42-plus agents over 3,500 sq. ft. of newly-built office space, with Realty Title Company conveniently located next door for title and closing services.

Crye-Leike's Nashville/Green Hills office generated over $80 million in sales in 2015. Its agents serve the Greater Nashville area, specializing in Green Hills, East Nashville, Downtown and Hillsboro Village.

A ribbon cutting ceremony, led by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce with Crye-Leike's CEO Harold Crye and Managing Broker Tim Guilfoil presiding, was held to commemorate the historical company move.

Tellico Village, TN. - Crye-Leike, REALTORS is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Tellico Village. The office, located at 296B Village Square, Loudon, TN 37774, will open on October 1 and will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on October 21 at noon.
