Millions of people opt to purchase a custom-built home instead of finding a traditional residence. Many realtors service these optimistic potential homebuyers, but some are hesitant to get involved. Batesville, AR: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services congratulates Principal Broker Lackey Moody for earning the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Residential Real Estate Council. Moody is the principal broker and owner of the Crye-Leike franchise, Crye*Leike Batesville Real Estate Center.

The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers. On average, CRS designees earn nearly three times more in income, transactions, and gross sales than non-designee REALTORS®.
