Video Series: Do You Need to Sell Before You Buy?
This question comes up a lot when we sit down with both buyers and sellers. Sherry Scott-Chambers, Realtor from our Memphis-Southeast office is here to help answer this question!
It all comes down to your finances.
If you're finances allow you to be able to purchase first, that's always better. But if not, you may wanna think about selling before you purchase.
- If you DO need the money from the house that you're selling in order to purchase, then SELL first.
- If you DON'T need the money from the sale of your own home, it's better if you BUY first.
