Crye-Leike, REALTORS In Mt. Juliet Invite The Public To Its 6th Annual Martin Cummings Sweet Tooth Auction Benefitting United Way of Wilson County
MT. JULIET, TN.- Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce the company's Mt. Juliet branch office will host its 6th annual Martin Cummings Sweet Tooth Auction benefiting The United Way of Wilson County.

"We will be selling and auctioning all kinds of pies, cakes, cookies, Barbara Parrish's famous fruit tea and lots of other sweet tooth items. You name it and we usually have it, and this year we will be auctioning other items besides sweets," said Crye-Leike Affiliate Broker Joann Pucciarelli. "We invite the public to join us, as we do each year for this fun event and fundraiser."

The auction will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2209 at the Crye-Leike Mt. Juliet branch office located at 1285 North Mt. Juliet Road. The event will begin with breakfast being served at 9am and the auction will start at 10am.

SPRINGDALE, AR., - Crye-Leike, REALTORS is pleased to announce the selection of Glenda Edwards as the company's newest Managing Broker to serve in the Northwest Arkansas Region. Deadline Looms on Homebuyer's Tax Credit Program - ABC 24 Eyewitness News, Memphis, TN
MEMPHIS, TN-- If you're buying a home for the first time, there's an extra incentive to get it done soon.

First-time homebuyers can get an $8,000 tax credit from the federal government, but you have to hurry, the program ends November 30th.

Realtors say the tax credit program has been moderately popular in the Memphis area. One hot spot is Mud Island.

"Basically, it's free money from the government to buy a home" says Mike Parker with Crye-Leike Realty.

In fact, you can get up to $8,000 back. The credit is equal to 10% of the home's value.

"So if it was a $65,000 house, the tax credit would be for $6500" says Parker.
