Crye-Leike, Realtors Smyrna agent Cindy Speer Awarded the Accredited Buyers Representative designation (ABR)
Smyrna, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors agent Cindy Speer has been awarded the "Accredited Buyers Representative" (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council.
"Achieving my ABR designation is part of my personal goal to pursue higher education and training to be the best realtor for my clients," Speer said. "Sometimes finding and selling a home is challenging, but I want my clients to know I am there for them and that I'm willing to do what it takes to satisfy their real estate needs."
Realtors who receive the ABR designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in representing residential home buyers in real estate purchase transactions. The Real Estate Buyers Agent Council is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS ASSOCIATES FROM SMYRNA OFFICE TO PARTICIPATE IN SMYRNA TOUR OF HOMES
Smyrna, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors associates from the Smyrna branch office will participate in the Smyrna Tour of Homes on Dec. 8 from 4-8 p.m.
Andrea Benson-Gaw is one Smyrna agent who will open her doors for the tour.
"I enjoy participating in the homes tour because it's a great way for people to get into the Christmas spirit, to see how certain homes are decorated for the holidays and it allows visitors to meet new people," said Andrea Benson-Gaw, Crye-Leike, Realtors Smyrna office agent.
