CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS CONGRATULATES AGENT CHERYL COHN, SRES, ON EARNING HER ?GRADUATE REALTOR INSTITUTE? (GRI) DESIGNATION
GERMANTOWN, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors congratulates Germantown Tennessee based Realtor Cheryl Cohn, SRES, on earning her "Graduate REALTOR? Institute" (GRI) designation.
"As a graduate of the Realtor Institute, I'm making a commitment to provide a high level of professional services to my clients," said Cohn. "The GRI curriculum helps to keep me up to date on the latest real estate trends and issues."
Developed for members of the National Association of Realtors and offered through State Realtor Associations, the GRI program includes 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction.
Earlier this year Cohn was awarded the prestigious designation "Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council of the National Association of REALTORS.

CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS CONGRATULATES AFFILIATE BROKER KITTY WOODSON, ABR, OF MT. JULIET ON HER APPONTMENT AS A LIONS CLUB INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT CHAIRMAN
MT. JULIET, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors Affiliate Broker Kitty Woodson has been appointed as the District 12-S Zone B, Zone chairman by Lions Club International District Governor Sam Muse.
Woodson will serve as Zone Chairman for the Lebanon, Watertown, Alexandria and Mt. Juliet/West Wilson Clubs. She is a longtime member of the West/Wilson/Mt. Juliet Club and she was the first woman asked to become a member of that club.
"It is indeed an honor and a tremendous responsibility," said Woodson.
Woodson is an Affiliate Broker with Crye-Leike, Realtors with more than 17 years of real estate sales experience. She is based out of the company's Mt. Juliet office located at 1285 North Mt. Juliet Road. Woodson assists both buyers and sellers in and around Wilson and Davidson counties. Her specialty is residential real estate sales with a focus on relocation.
