Marilyn White Named Branch Manager of Crye-Leike Gallatin Branch Office
NASHVILLE, TN. - Crye-Leike, Realtors has named Marilyn White managing broker of its Gallatin branch office, located at 1184 Nashville Pike in Gallatin.
A resident of Gallatin, Tenn., White is responsible for the sales production, recruitment and management of nearly 30 sales associates who market residential and commercial real estate properties in Gallatin, Portland, and White House, as well as the northeast corridor of Tennessee to the Kentucky line.
White joined Crye-Leike in 2001 and quickly proved herself to be a professional and dedicated sales associate. She is a member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club (MMDC), and has obtained both the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations through continuing education for the betterment of her clients.

Michele Barnes of Crye-Leike Relocation Services Receives Brokers License
BRENTWOOD, Tenn.- The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Michele Barnes of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received her broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination.
To become eligible for the examination, Barnes met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.

Crye-Leike Expands Hot Springs Branch Office to Support Area Growth
LITTLE ROCK, AR - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nations 6th largest real estate company, recently expanded its Hot Springs branch office, located at 1420 Central Avenue; a move prompted by the company's growing sales force in the area.
With the addition of 1,400 square feet, the Hot Springs location occupies 8,200 square feet of office space suitable for up to 74 agents. "We currently are home to 59 active associates," stated Managing Broker Bob Benscoter.
