Crye-Leike Associate Achieves 10th Professional Designation
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that the Residential Financing Council has recognized Lois Brown as a Residential Finance Specialist (RFS). This designation requires an intensive course of study and evidence of experience in the area of home finance counseling. Less than one percent of all real estate licensees have earned this prestigious recognition.
Brown serves as the Managing Broker for Crye-Leike, Realtors' Church St. branch office in Murfreesboro. Wilhoite Earns Buyer Representative Status
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. - The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, has awarded Crye-Leike sales associate Brenda Wilhoite the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation.
Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day training course in buyer representation and a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation, as well as having practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
Wilhoite is affiliated with the Franklin/Cool Springs branch office of Crye-Leike, located at 206A Cool Springs Blvd. She is a licensed real estate broker, holds both the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations, and is a member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club.

Jerry Cogdell is affiliated with the Tupelo branch office, located at 2000 N. Gloster. A resident of Fulton, Miss., Jerry will serve the needs of buyers and sellers in and around Lee County, as well as the surrounding counties of Itawamba, Monroe and Tishomingo. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Northeast Mississippi Board of Realtors.
