BRENTWOOD, Tenn.- Nick Nicholson, a recent addition to the Brentwood - West branch office of Crye-Leike, is training to participate in the Memphis in May Triathlon as a fundraiser to fight leukemia. Nicholson made the commitment in January to be an active part of the Team in Training program, preparing him for the Olympic distance marathon, taking place on May 21, 2006.
A competitive runner, Nicholson has completed two marathons and one ultra marathon, in addition to participating in three smaller "sprint" triathlons, but this will be his first Olympic distance marathon. His goal is to finish the 0.9-mile swim; 24-mile bike ride and the 10k run in under two and a half hours.

The GRI program provides real estate professionals with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to prospective clients. Successful graduation from the GRI program in Tennessee requires successful completion of at least 90 hours of course work and five written examinations on various aspects of the courses taken.
