Crye-Leike to Open Murfreesboro - Church Street Office
Morris has been in the real estate industry for 13 years and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS® (MTAR). Morris serves on the Education Committee and the Grievance Committee for MTAR, teaches at the Success School of Real Estate, and is a licensed Tennessee Real Estate instructor. Santiago Coll-Camalez, a veteran independent real estate broker in San Juan, is now the owner and managing broker of the new Crye★Leike franchise in San Juan, the capital of and largest city in Puerto Rico, an island commonwealth that is a territory of the United States. About 1 million people live in the San Juan area.

Crye-Leike Expands Offices in Florida
Crye*Leike Premier Properties is one of 29 franchise offices to join Crye-Leike's franchise network and its 126 corporate-owned offices in nine states. In addition to Florida, Crye-Leike has a presence in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, Missouri and Oklahoma.

Crye-Leike Acquires Linda Brown Realty of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; Twelfth Office in Its NE Tenn. Region
Oak Ridge, Tenn. (August 3, 2016) - Crye-Leike, REALTORS, the nation's sixth largest residential real estate brokerage firm, has acquired Linda Brown Realty in Oak Ridge, Tenn., making it the company's 12th branch office within its Northeast Tennessee Region.
The merger opens additional market regions in Tennessee for Crye-Leike in Anderson and Roane counties.
Owner and Principal Broker Linda L. Brown felt that it was a good business decision to make the move. "With Crye-Leike being a full service real estate firm, our office is now able to offer more real estate services for our clients and agents, giving us greater opportunities to expand and grow our business," she said.

Crye-Leike to Open Branch Office in Gallatin, Sumner County, Tenn.
Nashville, Tenn. (June 13, 2016) - Crye-Leike, REALTORS is opening its 20th branch office in Middle Tennessee in Gallatin, a move that marks its third office in Sumner County, joining its Hendersonville and Goodlettsville offices.
Crye-Leike, REALTORS is the nation's sixth largest residential real estate brokerage firm in the nation and the largest in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas and the Mid-South.
The new Crye-Leike Gallatin office, located at 1208 Nashville Pike, is a 2,352 sq. ft. remodeled house that has been zoned for office use. The office is located at the corner of Lake Drive South and Nashville Pike, north of East Camp Creek and down the street from Volunteer State Community College.
