Chattanooga, Tennessee - Crye-Leike Chattanooga Realtor Debra Loomis knows the importance of keeping her knowledge of the housing market current and up-date, so she recently earned her third professional real estate designation as a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).

 

Debra completed all of the training and 90 hours of classroom instruction to earn her GRI designation that provides real estate agents with a specialized education that helps them advise and assist their clients with contracts and negotiation, finance options, marketing, laws and ethics and everything that's involved with successfully buying or selling a home.

Chattanooga, TN., - Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 1977, Crye-Leike Broker Kathy Tucker has understood the importance of being actively involved with local, state, and national real estate associations and organizations.

 

Kathy's participation and involvement has led her to be elected to serve as a National Association of Realtors Director for the next few years. She will be headed to Washington in May to meet with political leaders to discuss the importance of homeownership and how having a strong housing market helps support the economy.

Chattanooga, TN., - Crye-Leike Chattanooga Realtor Preston Brown is on a mission to help people prepare to someday participate in the great American dream of homeownership.

 

Brown is teaming up with mortgage expert Becca Pool of Mortgage Investors Group to host a free homebuyer's seminar on January 22 from 6:15 to 8:00pm. The seminar will be held at Crye-Leike's Ooltewah branch office located at 5913 Main Street in Suite 107.

Nashville, TN., - After a decade of helping home  buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs, Crye-Leike Broker Timothy Guilfoil  knows the importance of keeping his education and knowledge of the market up-to-date.

 

In order to better serve his clients, Tim recently decided he wanted to add another real estate designation to his long list of educational credentials. He fulfilled all of the requirements needed to earn his professional real estate designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

 

"The CRS is recognized by all Realtors as a benchmark of professionalism," said Tim. Nashville, Tennessee - After 5 years of helping home buyers and sellers, Crye-Leike Smyrna Realtor Marc Michaelson has another great accomplishment to add to his successful real estate resume. He was recently nominated to serve on the Board of Directors for the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR).
