CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS CONGRATULATES SALES ASSOCIATE LARRY BRINKLEY
HEBER SPRINGS, AR., - Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that Sales Associate Larry Brinkley has successfully assisted in the sale of more than 82 acres with mineral rights in White County Section 33-08-07. Brinkley is based out of the company's Brock Real Estate Franchise located at 2300 Highway 25B N in Heber Springs.
"Finding the right property for each buyer is my goal," said Brinkley. "I could use more land to sell with mineral rights because I have buyers but not many sellers."
On the recent 82-plus acre sale, Brinkley worked with both the seller and the buyer. The property went under contract in just over 30 days not far below the original asking price of $975-thousand.
"A great listing these days is land with mineral rights, usually ten acres of more," said Brinkley. "If you are a buyer for land with mineral rights, I keep a list of all land on the market in Arkansas."
