Cleveland, TNCrye-Leike Real Estate Services recognizes Mike Domeck of Crye-Leike Cleveland, with the company's highest award, the Circle of Excellence and honorary title of Vice-President. To earn this award and title, sales associates must meet specific requirements to include: advancement in their studies through obtainment of real-estate designations within their respective fields, maintain exemplary ethical behavior throughout their careers, record five or more continuous years with Crye-Leike, become a lifetime member of Crye-Leike's Multi-Million Dollar Club, and have served or are serving as chair or vice-chair on one or more standing committees at a local Board of Realtors, or in a leadership position...

Murfreesboro, TNCrye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that Sherrie DeWitt is now affiliated with Crye­Leike's Murfreesboro branch office as a licensed Realtor. DeWitt will serve the residential real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Davidson, Wilson, and Rutherford counties.

DeWitt is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, and Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS®. She specializes in residential, first-time homebuyers, investment properties, condominium and townhomes. DeWitt comes to Crye-Leike having served eight years in the military as a Captain in the Army National Guard to include deployment to Iraq in 2010. Upon completion of her military career, DeWitt was an Inventory Analyst with Nissan.

How much you can afford for a mortgage depends on many factors including how much money you have to put down, what type of loan you can get, how much your closing costs are and consideration of other expenses you need to cover.


Here's a few quick ways to estimate...

  • How much can you borrow? Most lenders want your housing expenses (mortgage, plus taxes and insurance) to remain under 28% of your gross income. Calculate 28% of your gross monthly income to see what amount you have each month for this.

  • How much cash do you have for a down payment? With a conventional mortgage a buyer typically pays 20% of the purchase price up front.
