She is among just a handful of recipients who have completed the coursework necessary for this practical certification that promotes home ownership.
Initiated through a joint partnership of MAAR and the City of Memphis, WHM was created to identify, develop, advocate and promote homeownership assistance programs that are available for low- to moderate-income families.
