Crye-Leike Commercial and The Bloner Group, LLC Completes Sale of 333 Union Street
NASHVILLE, TN. - Brentwood based Crye-Leike Commercial and The Blonder Group, LLC, today announced they have completed the sale of a marquis downtown office building, located at 333 Union Street, in Nashville's central business district. The Voss Development Corporation from Oxnard, California purchased the 36,000 square-foot four-story office building located at the corner of 4th Avenue and Union Street in the heart of the financial district.
In addition to David Stremic, Crye-Leike Commercial president, J. Randolph Ayers, vice president and director of Crye-Leike Commercial sales co-brokered the sale with Ira A. Blonder, managing general partner of The Blonder Group, LLC. Formally the headquarters for Fifth Third Bank, it is currently configured as a retail and corporate bank branch with the first and second floors available for lease.
