Caldwell Named Realtor of the Year
Cookeville, Tenn. - Sara Caldwell, a broker with Crye*Leike of the Upper Cumberland, was recently named "Realtor of the Year" by the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors (UCAR).
The designation is awarded to a realtor who is involved in board activities and charitable and political organizations. Caldwell is currently director of UCAR, chair of the multiple listings committee and a member of the governmental affairs and nominating committees.
She was appointed political coordinator for State Representative Jere Hargrove and State Senator Charlotte Burks in 2004.
In her spare time, Caldwell serves on the Habitat for Humanity building committee. She received a lifetime membership in UCAR in 1997 and obtained her broker's license in 2004. She has 16 years experience in the real estate field and can be reached at (931) 520-6450 or 252-2949.

Commercial Realtors Garner Top Honors
Nashville, Tenn. - The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors' Commercial Investment Division has named Jim Brown of Lord Baltimore Properties Commercial Realtor of the Year.
The award recognizes brokers who demonstrate leadership and integrity and who contribute to the betterment of the industry. Brown, a past CID president, has been a member of the association for more than 15 years and was instrumental in GNAR's move to its current location on Trousdale Drive.
"Jim has been a successful realtor and an active member of GNAR's Commercial Investment Division," says Pat Brakefield, 2005 president of GNAR's Commercial Investment Division. "His commitment to excellence in his work, dedication to the Realtor Association and talent in serving clients are what garnered him this prestigious award."

Crye-Leike Promotes Kevin Joiner To President of Franchise Division
Nashville, Tennessee - Kevin Joiner has been promoted to president of Crye*Leike Franchises, Inc., the franchisor division of Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South.
